VOZ Sales and Customer Relationship Manager in New York, NY

We are looking for a Fashion Industry Professional who is passionate about creating a Luxury Selling Experience at our Voz Sanctuary store in Soho. In this role, you will personally foster relationships with current and new customers, manage branding, engage with customers virtually and in person, drive sales growth and ensure the operational success of our new sanctuary. You will be important for the growth of the VOZ community and, as such, you enjoy the search for creative and efficient solutions.

Expertly close inbound and potential sales opportunities with individual clients and partnerships
Provide proactive and luxurious customer service
Understand and promote the history, philosophy and lifestyle of the VOZ brand to customers and the general public
Build and actively foster new loyal and long-term customer relationships
Maintain timely and professional customer service across sales channels
Serve as a brand ambassador to foster local and strategic partnerships with businesses and stylists that enhance the brand and inspire customers to shop
Plan and organize in-store sales appointments and events for VIPs, celebrities, press, fashion influencers and professionals, with the collaboration of the Creative Director
Ensure the store is meeting its financial goals by monitoring, improving and reporting on customer behaviors and sales metrics that drive the business.
Coordinate with the wholesale and marketing team to set up appointments with wholesale buyers, press and stylists
Manage all store operations including, but not limited to customer tracking, in-store merchandising and product inventory
Manage the merchandising of the store and the online store
Synthesize customer feedback and merchandising advice for the design and development team
At least several years of luxury fashion retail experience and high end customer service, working with customers in a positive, friendly and fair manner
Proven working experience in retail in the high end fashion industry, with a passion for fashion and styling.
Experience in creating client books, upselling and cross-selling
Strong excel skills
Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask in detail under tight deadlines
Availability and flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and holidays as needed to support the business
Technically savvy with Mac systems
Bonus points for:
Familiarity with textiles, knits and handmade crafts
Speak and write in Spanish
Knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Farfetch
Marketing and creativity experience
Klavio and email marketing experience
* Hourly rate of $ 20 to $ 30 / h + commission * (DEPENDING ON THE EXPERIENCE)
