Vance & Hines Enters ADV Motorcycle Segment With Exhaust For Harley-Davidson Pan America Motorcycles

The Vance & Hines Adventure Hi-Output 450 delivers a performance boost of five foot-pounds of torque and over five horsepower over the bike’s stock exhaust. It cuts the total weight of the Revolution Max powered Harley by almost six pounds. The product is designed with the distinctive V&H look, a huge, high output 4.5 “stepped cartridge constructed of grade 304 stainless steel with a brushed finish and a ceramic coated CNC machined aluminum tip. The riveted badge features a new laser engraved graphic logo that will be used on all Vance & Hines ADV and off-road products.

For rider comfort, the mid tube has been designed to improve the rider’s boot clearance when standing on the stakes.

The system delivers a characteristic Vance & Hines exhaust note while meeting sound levels of SAE J2825. It maintains emissions compliance for 50 states of the bike.

The new Vance & Hines exhaust is compatible with Harley-Davidson factory saddlebags. An American forest spark arrester will be available as an add-on for off-road cyclists.

The Vance & Hines Adventure Hi-Output 450 exhaust system for Pan America will be available in retail outlets in October. The retail price is $ 599.95.
