Starbucks will open a new outlet at Quad Central
A new Starbucks store will soon open in Quad Central, offering high-quality coffee and the complete coffee shop experience. Earlier this month, Starbucks celebrated its third year in Malta with more new stores around the island. The new outlet in Malta’s central business district will bring the number of Starbucks stores locally to eleven.
Undoubtedly, this move promises to bring a rewarding coffee experience to Malta’s new business hub, Central Business District. This iconic brand will join other well-known brands and franchises, which have already announced their new venture at Quad Central.
“This announcement will engage our brand with a new demographic in Quad Central, which is positioning itself as the premier retail address in Malta’s central business district. Everything we’ve done to bring Starbucks to Malta has been done with our customers at the center. While the experience will be consistent with the values and store atmosphere for which Starbucks is known around the world, what customers in Malta will see is an environment tailor-made for them, reflecting the beauty of Malta’s vibrant culture. ‘island,’ said Malcolm Saliba, general manager of Starbucks Malta.
Starbucks is recognized as the world’s leading specialty coffee roaster and retailer, with more than 32,000 stores in 80 countries. The first store in Malta opened in June 2019, and since then the brand has grown locally, opening several stores and creating many jobs. The company’s exclusive license partner for Malta is db Group, which is therefore responsible for Starbucks operations locally.
The Quad Central will partially open in the next few days. This mixed-use development will provide an exciting mix of professional, retail and Grade A retail office space in Malta. Boasting over 7,000m² of landscaped green space and plazas, the Quad Central offers a range of retail outlets and amenities, including Starbucks.
