Park St. Fashion Edition concludes four days of extravagance
Closing four days of fashion-fueled shenanigans, Park St. Fashion Edition offered a truly extraordinary experience. Bringing together the crème de la crème of the fashion industry across the region, the event’s long list of featured brands included brands such as PAOLOBONGIA, Sarah’s Bag, DJihan Jewelry, Dalida Ayash, Kojak, Dima Jewelery, Okhtien, Diam Jewelery, Exi Jewelry, Miryam Mimia Leblanc from Labiad, Soraya and Hollywood’s favorite Kuwaiti brand – Marzook, who presented their coveted new collection for the first time in Egypt. More importantly, the busy schedule did not allow for a single dull moment. Between Faith Connexion’s first fashion show in Egypt and Nicolas Jebran’s unprecedented announcement, Sheikh Zayed’s Park Street was certainly the center of attention in the fashion industry.
Needless to say, the event’s guest list grew to include the area’s biggest stars and style influencers, who engaged with the crowd through a series of workshops and talks. Youssra, Dorra Zarrouk, Cyrine Abdelnour, Lojain Omran, Lara Scandar, Jihan Allama, Fozaza, Paola El Sitt, Zoya Sakr, Aline Watfa, Rasha El Khawly, Mai Galal, Khalil Zein and Andrew Leister were seen mingling, sharing their precious expertise and take pictures for the gram.
The four eventful days also witnessed an orchestrated series of events and activities. By announcing the prominent opening of his very first coffee shop in Park St, Egypt, Nicolas Jebran certainly made the headlines. The Haute Couture designer unveiled the details of this unique project during an exclusive press conference in the presence of the prestigious guests of the event.
At the same time, Faith Connexion’s very first fashion show in Egypt forced an unmissable awareness as the whole crowd viewed each creation with the greatest admiration. The 30-minute show featured the latest collection from the French brand, eliminating the boundaries between the City of Light and Cairo.
Karim El Hayawan and Hend Ghorab’s love letter to fashion photography, A Visual Dialogue, featured 20 of Egypt’s top photographers. The art exhibition attracted a continuous daily traffic of fashion enthusiasts who were captivated by the striking visuals. Additionally, the Arab-African International Bank kept everyone dizzy with excitement by giving the lucky winners the gift of shopping till the fall. Offering vouchers valued at $ 2,500, the bank has definitely been able to lavishly celebrate fashion.
