Lululemon and Peloton to work on IP Sportswear fight in court

According to Monday’s complaint, for years Lululemon Athletica Canada Inc. and Peloton Interactive Inc. operated under a co-branding agreement under which Lululemon supplied some of its clothing to Peloton.
