Untitled in Motion, which recently launched in Spring 2021, is a premium print collection inspired by the liminality of creativity and the world of dreams.

job description

• Update Shopify on a weekly basis based on styles to showcase, including homepage and collections sorting
• Manage bulk orders – place orders, receive inventory, confirm inventory, approve invoices, etc.
• Process and ship web orders 3 times a week
• Manage Garmentory’s partnership and customer service. Set Growth Goals With Garmentory And Work For More Promotion
• Create 2-3 send emails per week. Segment the customer list for a more targeted reach.
• Manage customer service including exchanges, returns, product questions, etc.
• Plan the calendar of sales and promotions
• Produce mini photo shoots for e-comm and marketing
• Schedule weekly Instagram posts
• Create new content for social media – check out Tik Tok and other avenues …
• Create advertising resources for our digital media partner

Terms & Conditions

• 2+ years in e-commerce or fashion marketing
• Positive attitude
• Multitasking, likes to exercise both left and right brain (often at the same time)
• Likes to bring together small creative teams to develop content and can do magic on a low budget
• Excellent communication and customer service
• Basic graphic design skills essential
• Finger on the pulse – in touch with what is happening in fashion and on social networks
• Motivated by growth

This position is part-time, basis plus commission.
